Refund policy

14-day right of return

Swiss law provides no right of withdrawal for online purchases. Birds&Co nevertheless gives you a 14-day right of return from receipt of your order, provided the product is sent back unused, in good condition and in its original packaging.

How to return a product

Write to info@birdsnco.ch with your order number.
Send the parcel back to the address we give you. Return costs are paid by you.
The price of the products is refunded within 14 days of receipt of the return, using the payment method used for the order.

Customers in the European Union

The 14-day right of withdrawal under the law of your country of residence is reserved. Return costs remain your responsibility.

Pre-orders

A pre-order can be cancelled free of charge, without giving a reason, up to and including 31 January 2027, by email to info@birdsnco.ch. The full refund is made within 14 days. After that date, the order can no longer be cancelled, but the 14-day right of return applies from receipt of the product.

If delivery is more than 30 days later than the announced date, or if we ultimately cannot deliver to your country, you are refunded in full.

Damaged or defective product

Check your parcel on receipt. Report any transport damage to info@birdsnco.ch within 7 days, with photos.

Report a defect as soon as you notice it, with photos and your order number. Products are covered by the two-year statutory warranty: depending on the case, we repair, replace or refund the product.

Exceptions

A used, damaged or incomplete product cannot be taken back, except for a defect covered by the warranty.
Sponsorships (platforms given to a harbour, municipality or association in your name) are not refundable.

End-of-life take-back

Has your platform reached the end of its life? We take it back. Write to info@birdsnco.ch to arrange the return, with the original packaging if possible.

This policy follows articles 7, 9, 10 and 12 of our terms and conditions of sale, which prevail in case of any difference. It does not limit any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
