THE PROGRAMME, SEASON BY SEASON
We put in and follow the platforms with the harbour masters. Every photo is taken in the Birds&Co. app and linked to a platform: you see what yours has done.
AS SOON AS YOU ORDER
The printable certificate and the link to the Nest Keepers, the WhatsApp community, arrive by email. The keyring and the card are sent within 3 to 5 working days.
MARCH
The platform is put in at the at-risk spots chosen with the harbour master. You receive its number and position.
APRIL · JULY
Harbour masters, boat owners and Birds&Co. photograph it in the app: nest, eggs, chicks.
OCTOBER
The review of your platform and the harbour, and an invitation to sponsor it for another season.
A LOOP, NOT WASTE
The platform is made of agglomerated cork from Portugal, from the offcuts of cork stopper production. When it is worn out, we take it back, and the cork goes back to our partner in Portugal, who turns it into new platforms.
1 · TAKE-BACK
When a platform is worn out, we take it back and put a new one in its place.
2 · RECYCLING
Our partner, who supplies our cork, recycles it into new platforms.
3 · RENEWAL
Each renewed season pays for putting in, following and replacing the platform.
WHY
On Lake Geneva, it nests on anything floating just above the water: swim ladders, covers, mooring lines. A nest on a boat means a boat stuck in the harbour for a month, and sometimes a destroyed nest. A platform next to it, and the nest moves.

No. It is a purchase from S. Ventures Sàrl (Birds&Co.), VAT included. It is not tax-deductible. In return: the keyring, the certificate, the follow-up and the report.
In a partner harbour on Lake Geneva, at an at-risk spot chosen with the harbour master. You are told the harbour when it is put in, in March. It is never placed next to a particular boat.
Yes. With My Platform and Founding Sponsor, you receive its position and its page in the Birds&Co. app. Founding sponsors are invited to a harbour visit in June.
It can happen: the birds choose. The report tells you what your platform and the harbour achieved, without dressing it up. If the platform is lost or damaged, your sponsorship moves to another platform in the same harbour.
Tick “It's a gift”, enter the first name and your message. Use the recipient's address for delivery: the keyring and the card are sent within 3 to 5 working days. The printable certificate also arrives by email as soon as you order.
One season, so one year. My Platform and Friend of the Birds cover the 2027 season, Founding Sponsor the 2027 and 2028 seasons. In October, with the report, we offer to renew for the following season (CHF 149 for My Platform). Nothing is charged automatically.
If your platform has not been put in by 30 June 2027, you are refunded.
Sponsorship is for individuals, 3 at most per order. To fund a harbour's platforms with your logo and a report for your sustainability report: the business offer.
