Shipping costs are shown before you confirm your order. Shipping is free on certain offers, when stated on the product page or in the cart. Products in stock are generally shipped within 5 working days, then delivered by Swiss Post or our delivery partner. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Pre-orders ship from the end of February 2027, in order of purchase. You will be notified by email before shipping.
Pre-orders may be opened to several European countries. If we ultimately cannot deliver to your country, your order is cancelled and refunded in full. Any customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees are paid by the recipient.
The carrier leaves a notice. You can collect your parcel at the pickup point indicated, within the time set by the carrier.
Delivery times are an indication. If your order has not arrived 30 days after ordering (or after the announced date for a pre-order), you can cancel it and be refunded. If the parcel arrives damaged, report it to info@birdsnco.ch within 7 days with photos.
