The Friday Draw is organised by S. Ventures Sàrl, which operates the Birds&Co. brand, chemin de la Roche 14, 1020 Renens, Switzerland (UID CHE-198.150.907). Contact: info@birdsnco.ch.
Entries are open from the time the form goes live on birdsnco.ch until Thursday 28 January 2027 at midnight. A draw takes place every Friday. The last draw takes place on Friday 29 January 2027.
Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. To enter, simply leave your email address (and, if you wish, your harbour) in the Friday Draw form on birdsnco.ch.
One entry per person and per email address. It is valid for all following draws, up to the last one. The draw is open to adults living in Switzerland. Employees of S. Ventures Sàrl and their relatives may not take part. Multiple or incomplete entries may be disregarded.
At each draw, one Birds&Co. cork keyring is up for grabs. It is sent free of charge to an address in Switzerland. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced by another prize. The same person can only win once.
The winner is drawn at random from the entries received by midnight on the previous Thursday. They are notified by email and send us their postal address. Without a reply within 14 days, the prize goes back into the next draw. With their consent, their first name and harbour may be mentioned on our social media.
The email address and harbour are used to run the draw and notify the winner. By entering, you also agree to receive our emails: the reminder three days before a pre-order price change and news from Birds&Co. You can unsubscribe at any time, using the link in every email or by writing to info@birdsnco.ch.
The data is processed in Shopify and HubSpot. It is neither sold nor passed on to third parties for other purposes. Otherwise, the privacy policy applies.
S. Ventures Sàrl may change, suspend or end the draw at any time, without notice and without compensation; participants are informed on this page. Taking part gives no right to anything other than the chance to win the prize described above.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, S. Ventures Sàrl accepts no liability in connection with the draw, in particular in the event of a technical problem, an entry not received, an email not delivered, or a prize lost or damaged in transit.
No correspondence will be entered into about the draw. Recourse to the courts is excluded. Swiss law applies.
